Yes, a trader trainee gets a fixed starting salary to start with. Raises are given quickly with progress however the best raises are the ones you give yourself by making trading profits. Will I be trained? How? Yes. You will be given lectures, books and other reading materials and you'll be tested frequently. The most important training is actually trading. Initially, you will read about the US Markets and their workings. Then, through a combination of teleconferencing, videoconferencing and on site instruction from successful US traders you will be provided all the tools you need to fulfill your potential. In the United States, a trader position is so coveted that individuals will enter our trader trainee program with their only compensation being the amount they generate from their performance bonuses (as opposed to India where Trenchant pays salaries). This is not a position that can be performed with minimal effort. How successful can I be? Unfortunately, not every person that attempts trading will be successful. There have been numerous individuals who possess excellent credentials but are unable to succeed in trading. For those who are successful, the financial rewards can be great. Advancement at Trenchant is purely based upon performance As your performance improves, you are allowed to handle larger positions and execute trades using more advanced methods.
